Happy Birthday! I know it was yesterday, but I want you to know I'm thinking of you and enjoying your blog...again. Hope you got to do what you've been wanting to do... Nothing but relax!
FC... Thanks for the birthday wish. It WAS a nice day, full of phone calls, emails, and just taking it easy...all welcome activities in my book! :)
RM... Thank you, too, for the birthday wish. I hope the fact that you're visiting the blog means that you've had some time to decompress as well. Have fun with your remaining days off and have a safe trip home! Love you, too.
Happy Birthday. So sorry it is so close to Christmas. Nothing to break up the rest of the year. Enjoy your posts and learning about such an interesting state. Have a great New Year.
Hey, Patti. Thank you very much! When I was a kid, having a birthday so close to Christmas definitely seemed unfair....lots of combination Christmas/Birthday gifts...not too many parties. But, at some point, I began enjoying the atmosphere of that greater celebration surrounding my birthday and it almost seemed like the joy and excitement of the season trickled over onto my day as well. I don't mind it at all any more. :)
Thanks for taking the time to comment. It's nice to meet you!
Wow, Kimberlee!!! Beautiful pictures! And once again you manage to see the beauty in something that others might think is just in the way. Thanks for sharing your perspective.
And by the way, I just glanced at MY window to see what might be stuck there that I keep looking past or brushing away. All I saw were dirty smudges and gecko poop. I'll send you the pictures later. :)
Hi, Kimberlee. I hope your birthday was a great one. I'm just reading your latest posts after not having computer access for a while, so I'm behind, again. It's January 1 on Ocracoke. Happy new year!
April... LOL! Gecko poop??? You're a nut! :) I look forward to seeing more photos! I hope you guys are all having a great start to 2009! Thank you for the birthday message. Love you!
Steve... Thanks. I'm glad you liked the photos. They weren't as clear as I would have liked. I still have a lot to learn about using my camera.
I've been wondering how your time at Ocracoke has been. I'm sure there will be lots to post about when you get home. Seems like a great place to welcome the new year. Thanks for stopping by...it's good to hear from you.
Hi Kimberlee! I'm a couple of posts behind. What gorgeous pictures! I love your resolution too. I need to be reminded of that. Love you! Laurie B in SC
Happy Birthday!
