This has been one loooooooong week of state proficiency testing.
Practice tests, official tests, make-up tests...they're all done and should be packed up and on a plane as I type.
Thank goodness!
After such a week as this, ice cream makes perfect sense, even when it's still -6 degrees outside.
What an excellent way to celebrate and soothe those testing jitters!

Yum. Ice cream is the food of the gods, no matter what the temperature, in my opinion! Glad it's done for you. Ours begins in two weeks...

I totally agree! Ice cream is one of my all time favorite things with or without the testing. :) Two weeks, huh? I feel your pain...

The ice cream was great, but I have to admit that I was glad it was all happening on a Friday afternoon (right at the end of the day), so kids could take that sugar high home. :)
